HOW TO ORDER

PUBLIC SAFETY

Use this list to help make decisions regarding your order.

Step 1: Choose a Design
Choose a design or kit from the website. Order as is, or customize it (customizing may result in additional charges. Simple changes of color or verbiage are made at no additional cost). Or work with our design staff to create a design unique to your department or business (set-up fee may apply).

Step 2: Choose Material and Colors
All of our designs are availble in both reflective and non-reflective. Choose any color combination you want from our broad selection. If you need recommendations for a specific situation, we wil be glad to assist you.

Step 3: Gather all Necessary Files
Send us any Artwork, Emblems, Crests, etc. that you want included.

Applications used: Adobe Creative Suite -Illustrator, Photoshop. All vector art files must be saved as EPS or AI.  Convert all text to curves. All rasterized images should be saved as JPEGs, TIFFs or EPS. Word processing documents such as PowerPoint, Word Perfect, Word etc. CANNOT be used

E-mail Guidelines: When sending art through e-mail please be sure to notify your Customer Service Rep that you are sending artwork.

Please DONOT e-mail files over 5MB in size. If possible compress your files before sending.

Fonts: In order to assure that the correct font's are used, all fonts must be converted to curves or outlines.

To ensure proper sizing of graphics we require one of the following.

  • AI or eps file (vector art / Illustrator)
  • Photos with precise measurements, bumper to bumper and from the bottom of the wheel to the tallest point (photo must be straight on.)
  • CAD drawing.

(For all formats Include views of the front, side and rear of entire vehicle, For trucks and speciality vehicles the location of doors, handles, lights and drip rails must be indicated).

Step 4: Call Us
For the best service, please place your order by phone. Our knowledgeable Customer Service Reps will walk you through the entire ordering process and answer any questions you may have.

Proofs:
We will produce one 8.5”x11” color proof that shows your design on the vehicle or surface of your choice (additional proofs may incur additional costs). Once approved you will need to sign and fax back the proof before production can proceed. Please obtain any necessary purchace orders or authorizations.

NOTE: A fee of $85 will be applied to all proofs. Once an order is placed, the fees may be waived.

Terms, Delivery and Shipping:
Proofs are e-mailed within one week of your order. Once the proof is approved, graphics are shipped within 7 to 10 working days.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. (additional shipping fee may apply)

All Invoices are net 30 days.
